How long does the trial last?

There is no time limit on the trial. You can use it as long as you like.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, all trial accounts are completely free. You only provide credit card details if you wish to upgrade to our other plans.

How do I change plans?

All users begin signing up for a trial account. Once inside the system, you will be able to access the upgrade page where you may choose SaaS 10 or SaaS 20 plans.

What is a Pageview?

A pageview is basically a session recorded by Mouse Eye Tracking. For example, in our trial plan, Mouse Eye Tracking will record up to 1000 pageviews across all the pages in your website. Once that limit is reached, the pageviews will be erased and Mouse Eye Tracking will beging recording again.

Is there a self hosted version?

What is the Storage Period?

The storage period is how long we will store your mouse tracking data for on our servers. Once that period expires, the existing data is erased for new data to be recorded.

Can I use Mouse Eye Tracking on multiple domains?

For trial users, no, only one domain is permitted per user. To use multiple domains, you much upgrade to SaaS 10 or SaaS 20 plans and pay accordingly.

What is Compare Screenshots?

Mouse Eye Tracking allows you to take screenshots and store them in your account for use with the 'Compare Screenshots' feature. Trial users may store a maximum of 2 screenshots.

What advertising do you display?

Trial users must display a simple link to our website or Mouse Eye Tracking will not work. To remove the message, upgrade to our premium plans.
